This Couples Intensive Program allows us to work on understanding, connection, communication, and conflict resolution. Using the Work of Byron Katie and the Gottman Method, we have a combination of hands-on tools and in depth work. that works great for building or rebuilding trust, working on underlying issues, moving on from old hurt, and any relationship challenges you are bringing in. Through a combination of in-depth work and hands-on tools and strategies, you will discover clear ideas as to how to improve the relationship in daily life. Suggested schedule: First and second month: weekly sessions. Third through six months: biweekly sessions. In addition to the sessions, you will receive - a follow up email after each session - additional exercises - tools to improve communication - homework invitations to support the work in our sessions.
