Daily Gratitude Reflection

The way we think affects the way we see the world, and our perception affects the way we feel and react. The tendency of our minds towards negativity (negativity bias) aims to protect us and avoid danger. Practicing gratitude is a wonderful tool to balance the tendency toward the negative and to develop a more positive mindset. Naming just a few things to be grateful for can make a significant difference!  Click below to download.

Using the Work of Byron Katie can be a powerful experience. As an experienced facilitator of The Work of Byron Katie, I look forward to guiding you through the inquiry process as described in the video below.

I work with individuals and couples going through challenges, using a mix of in-depth inquiry through the Work of Byron Katie and practical tools from Positivity Coaching and the Gottman Method.

I love sharing, volunteering and gifting

Immediately after I found the Work of Byron Katie, I started sharing it with friends, taking it into schools, working with groups of students at the University of Memphis, and invited people to my house to do the Work together.

I deeply enjoyed gifting those sessions and continue to volunteer and share!

After a beautiful week of training and in-depth work, these young people all gave a presentation. It was a joy to witness and be part of! All of them will use what they learned not just for themselves but for peer counseling!

Beyond Stigma develops evidence-based programmes to address internal stigma and feelings of worthlessness and shame among vulnerable populations, primarily in the Global South and promote better mental health and well-being.
